Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused or returned because of unpaid import charges or an incorrect address, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund. Any additional charges or deductions will be subject to applicable law.
Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance charges may apply in the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge and are payable by the recipient.
Free shipping does not cover import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.

International delivery usually takes 10–30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Customs clearance and postal delays may extend the delivery time.

In-stock items are dispatched within three business days of successful payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Russia.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow the production time stated on the product page before dispatch. Production time is additional to delivery time.
Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items are shipped together once all pieces are ready, unless we agree otherwise with you.
