You may cancel your order before delivery or notify us that you wish to return an item within seven calendar days of receiving it.
To arrange a return, email
studio@archivariusbrand.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please send the items back within seven calendar days of notifying us and keep your proof of postage. The parcel does not need to reach us within this period.
Contacting us helps us arrange delivery and identify your return. It does not make your statutory right to return an item subject to our approval.
For a change-of-mind return, items must retain their original appearance and properties. They should be unworn apart from trying them on, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags attached.
Please package items securely and use the original packaging where possible. Missing outer packaging alone does not exclude a return.
Your order confirmation or other evidence of purchase may be used as proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Any deductions from a refund will be made only where permitted by law.
Our standard made-to-order pieces are covered by the same return conditions as in-stock items.
These time limits do not restrict any longer return period or other mandatory rights available under applicable law. Where Russian law applies, failure to provide the required written return information at delivery extends the change-of-mind return period to three months from receipt.
